Oui is Yoplait’s best yogurt, minimal ingredients are used and the yogurt is cultured in adorable glass jars – it creates a creamy texture without any thickeners or straining. The Sea Salt Caramel flavor is delicious and tastes more like a dessert. This recipe used Ultra-Pasteurized Milk + Natural Bliss Salted Caramel Creamer for a super simple recipe that doesn’t require any boiling.
I have kept all the Oui jars I’ve purchased so I could make yogurt in them. I slowly peeled off the sticker labels then put some rubbing alcohol on a towel and rubbed off the rest of the sticker residue. You can also use a stainless steel scrubbing pad and dish soap to remove the residue. I also found the cutest lids for them, they are made of silicone & fit the jars perfectly, they are called Blossom eCaps (Size Small), I got them on Amazon (purchase here) — I love how it makes my jars look like a cute mushroom! You can also find lids on Oui’s website as well.

Ingredients
- 1½ Cups Natural Bliss Salted Caramel Creamer
- 4½ Cups Fairlife Whole Milk or Ultra-Pasteurized Milk
- 1½ Tablespoons Oui Plain or Vanilla Yogurt, (substitute with any plain yogurt with live active cultures)
- 6 oz Salted Caramel Sauce Jar
- 12 Oui Jars or 4oz Glass Jars with lids
Method
- 1)
Place 1 Tablespoon of Salted Caramel Sauce into each of the 12 4oz jars. Place the jars into the refrigerator for 15 minutes so the caramel thickens slightly.
- 2)
Place 1½ Tablespoons Oui Plain into a large bowl, add a few tablespoons of milk into the bowl and whisk extremely well. Pour 1 ½ Cup Natural Bliss Salted Caramel Creamer and 4 ½ Cups Fairlife Whole Milk into the bowl and stir well.
- 3)
Pour about 4oz of the mixture into each jar and seal the yogurt jar lids. Add 1 Cup of Water to the Instant Pot, stack the jars into the pot and seal the Instant Pot lid. Choose the Yogurt option – make sure it’s on Medium/Normal setting and set for 10 hours. Once the timer is up, refrigerate the yogurt for at least 6 hours before serving. Enjoy!

I wonder if this yogurt is also delicious with other fillings like e.g. chocolate, honey, jam, etc. Thank you for this recipe (and the link, ofc ), Van.

Hi Ann, you could definitely try other fillings. Honey would just blend in, but jams would work great if you wanted it to stay at the bottom.

Hi Gabrielle, any brand milk will work fine as long as it’s ultra-pasteurized.
