- 1 jar (16.30z) Creamy Peanut Butter
Tip:
If you are a chocolate and peanut butter fan, you can substitute vanilla frosting for chocolate frosting. It's fabulous that way too.
What kind of peanut butter is best for this recipe?
Choose a smooth peanut butter brand such as Jif, Skippy, or Earth Balance that doesn't separate the oil from the peanut butter while it sits. Avoid jars labeled "natural" for this recipe and instead use a brand of peanut butter that maintains its consistency at all times. I really like the Earth Balance Peanut Butter made with coconut oil.

- 1 16 oz tub Vanilla Frosting make certain it's gluten-free
- 1 16 oz jar Creamy Peanut Butter
Instructions
Lightly grease a 9x9 or 8x8 pan with butter and set aside. You can line the pan with parchment paper too - but be sure to butter the paper as well.
Microwave Vanilla Frosting and Peanut Butter individually for 1 minute.
Combine the frosting and peanut butter in a large bowl and stir until smooth.
Spoon into pan and refrigerate until firm.
