  • 1 box red velvet cake mix any brand
  • 1/4 cup of all purpose flour.
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup of oil
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups of cream cheese chips or white chocolate chips, divided

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • In a large bowl using a hand mixer add the cake mix, flour eggs, oil and vanilla and mix until combined.

  • Fold in the chocolate chips.

  • Using a 2 inch cookie scoop or 2 tablespoons place dough balls onto the baking sheet. Place a few chocolate chips into the top of the cookie.
